Anna Geyer (Sivananda yoga teacher)
(spiritual name Omkari) took her first yoga class as a child. Yoga has always been an important part of her life. She completed her Sivananda yoga teacher’s training course in the Himalayas of India in 2015 and has been teaching in the Sivananda tradition ever since.

Sivananda Yoga is a traditional and holistic approach to Yoga. The practice of asanas (postures) is combined with breathing exercises, meditation and mantra chanting. In this way, both mind and body are balanced and revitalised, leading to an experience of inner peacefulness and wellbeing.
