These lessons are particularly suitable for people who want to get to know what yoga can do for their health.
Especially for the elderly, Vitality Plus-yoga is a low-threshold way to develop a powerful and healthy body.
As you get older it is important to keep moving in a good way and to keep your muscles and joints supple.
Yoga makes your body more supple, stronger and more stable. Yoga improves bone density and has a positive effect on the spine and joints, which become stronger and more supple.
The internal organs are stimulated and heart and blood vessels remain in condition.
Yoga significantly improves your balance and you get more confidence.
In these lessons, efforts are tailored to your possibilities.
Whether you are flexible or stiff, young or old, fat or thin, everyone can make progress at their own pace and according to their own needs.
All exercises are done with respect for the limits of your body.
You never do more than you can handle and you pause when you feel the need.

These classes are taught on Monday 10 am – 11 am Wednesday 11.15 am – 12.15 pm and Thursday 11.15 am – 12.15 pm.
